遊戯三昧@禅語の意味

English follows:

禅語の【遊戯三昧(ゆげざんまい)】を筆ペンで書いてみました。

意味は、

「楽しいことをやるのではなく、やることを楽しむ」〜一心に遊びに没頭する。どんなことも”する”ことを”楽しむ(遊ぶ)”※禅ごよみ365日(誠文堂新光社)より

だそう。

大変な事も、その中に少しでも興味ある事や面白く思える事が見つけられると良いのかな〜(^^)。

時間を忘れて没頭できるフロー体験に近いものかもしれませんね♫

紙は、以前購入したヤギの一筆箋(^^)。

昔、篆刻の道具で掘った自作の印も取り出して押してみました♫

I wrote the Zen word “yuge zanmai” with a brush-pen.

The meaning is.

Enjoying what you do, not doing what you enjoy.

To devote oneself wholeheartedly to play. (from Zen Goyomi 365 Days [Seibundoshinkosha])

I think it is good if you can find even a little something interesting or fun in the midst of hard work.

It may be something similar to a flow experience where you can forget about time and immerse yourself.

The paper is a small letter paper with an illustration of a goat that I bought a while ago (^^). I also pressed the seal that I had dug with a seal engraving tool.
